67 games in 17 days, and the nets have come down in Indianapolis. Unpopular opinion? I think that was one of the best tournaments that we’ve had in quite some time. Upsets are fun, but they don’t define a tournament.

The debate all year was about who, in fact, was the best team. We got our answer to that definitively last night. Michigan, from start to finish, was the best team from the first step. Some might think it's easy to say because they literally just won it all. Last night’s game was the proving point. No, not because they won. How they won is the true story.

The only time the entire last few weeks that somebody competed with Michigan was UCONN, Monday night. The even more impressive thing about saying Michigan was clearly the best? Last night’s game, in totality, was actually tailor-made for the Huskies to win. Dusty May’s Wolverines just won their second national title, beating the best in the business right now, at HIS game.

Let’s do it again in early April in Detroit next year...

San Antonio hasn’t had the “step up year.” At +475, I love the Denver Nuggets to win the Western Conference.

💲 Let’s stay West, shall we? I know, “Minnesota can’t get past the first round.” But if you ask me, they shouldn’t be behind the Knights and Oilers to win the NHL’s West. They are. Well worth it to me, this late to take a flyer on the Minnesota Wild to win the Western Conference at +850.
